Baby, it's time to Review That Review!

TREY GERRALD:

Hello.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, hello, and welcome to Review That Review.

TREY GERRALD:

We are the podcast that is dedicated to reviewing.

TREY GERRALD:

Reviews.

TREY GERRALD:

That is Chelsey Donn.

TREY GERRALD:

And

CHELSEY DONN:

that is Trey Gerald.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: But you can just

CHELSEY DONN:

call us, The Review Queens.

CHELSEY DONN:

And it's your turn this week, Trey.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm sure you're dying to get

CHELSEY DONN:

something off your chest.

CHELSEY DONN:

And I'm dying to listen to you.

CHELSEY DONN:

So let me know, would you like to?

CHELSEY DONN:

Ledge a complaint.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Why yes, I would love to.

CHELSEY DONN:

So today I want to talk about When you are at a grocery

CHELSEY DONN:

store, when you're at a shopping mall, when you are at a

CHELSEY DONN:

Walmart, anytime you have a shopping cart, and for

CHELSEY DONN:

whatever reason, you get the cart that has the really

CHELSEY DONN:

loud squeaky wheel, or it can just be the defective

CHELSEY DONN:

wheel, where it's like, TheFNDC.

CHELSEY DONN:

com For whatever reason that one in the left corner in

CHELSEY DONN:

the front like can't get on alignment, and then you're just

CHELSEY DONN:

like, whoa Less that because immediately when you go to pull

CHELSEY DONN:

that one, you're gonna move it.

CHELSEY DONN:

I want to talk about the one that's like

CHELSEY DONN:

Because it's like you sort of are like, okay, maybe

CHELSEY DONN:

this will stop maybe like As I like get into the flow it

CHELSEY DONN:

will like WD 40 itself like through the spirit of magic

CHELSEY DONN:

or something and then you're just like going along

CHELSEY DONN:

and then like you're like grabbing for milk and then you

CHELSEY DONN:

start to notice like oh it's really loud and like people are

CHELSEY DONN:

like Watching me arrive, they're, they're seeing me

CHELSEY DONN:

from a distance and then like they're starting to talk

CHELSEY DONN:

about me And then I get like really paranoid because

CHELSEY DONN:

I always feel like people are looking at me and people

CHELSEY DONN:

like have negative opinions Of me just existing So then

CHELSEY DONN:

when you add to that like a really loud Squeaky thing

CHELSEY DONN:

which like I have nothing to do with like I just picked

CHELSEY DONN:

this cart like That's, you know, like Schadenfreude

CHELSEY DONN:

or whatever, but like, I, this, this actually happened

CHELSEY DONN:

the other day, but it wasn't me.

CHELSEY DONN:

It was someone else.

CHELSEY DONN:

And so I could, a stranger.

CHELSEY DONN:

So I heard this like, hi, pitched Christian Chenoweth

CHELSEY DONN:

Soprano and like, was trying to like, find it.

CHELSEY DONN:

And then like, I'm like glaring at the person, like,

CHELSEY DONN:

why didn't you change the car?

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, I can hear you all over this big lot.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, why have you not changed it?

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, if it's annoying for

CHELSEY DONN:

me, it must be annoying for you.

CHELSEY DONN:

That's my complaint.

CHELSEY DONN:

I don't know the solution.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, I don't think that it's a retail worker's

CHELSEY DONN:

job to like WD 40 all their wheels.

CHELSEY DONN:

But like, if you have a crazy defective one

CHELSEY DONN:

that's loud enough to be disruptive, like, I don't know,

CHELSEY DONN:

maybe put it in the back of the line?

CHELSEY DONN:

I don't know.

CHELSEY DONN:

Um, that's my complaint.

CHELSEY DONN:

I just, I really had to get that out in the open.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's really been bothering me.

CHELSEY DONN:

Uh, can you relate?

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: Oh my God, I can totally relate.

CHELSEY DONN:

And I hear you because it's like, I know you're

CHELSEY DONN:

like, Oh, why wouldn't you just return the cart?

CHELSEY DONN:

But sometimes it's like, You get too far with it.

CHELSEY DONN:

You know what I mean?

CHELSEY DONN:

It's like, I'm in the store.

CHELSEY DONN:

I just like, I need to get the thing.

CHELSEY DONN:

I only like three things to get, but like, it's just

CHELSEY DONN:

annoying because everyone is going to stare at you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Everyone's like, you're obnoxious.

CHELSEY DONN:

Everyone's like, you're causing noise pollution.

CHELSEY DONN:

But you're also like, it's not my fault.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like I didn't make this cart.

CHELSEY DONN:

I didn't do this.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm just living my life.

CHELSEY DONN:

And now I have to deal with this.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm a victim of the situation.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm the one dealing with this, but I'm also the one

CHELSEY DONN:

that's producing this horrible,

CHELSEY DONN:

like nails on a chalkboard sound.

CHELSEY DONN:

So it's like, it's a conundrum.

CHELSEY DONN:

I do sort of think that the store should

CHELSEY DONN:

pull these, but I don't know when.

CHELSEY DONN:

I don't know when.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, when do these things occur?

CHELSEY DONN:

It's gotta be gradual.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, we had to know.

CHELSEY DONN:

We had to have a lead up to this.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Honestly, I imagine it's like when it

CHELSEY DONN:

gets left outside and there's been like a rainstorm.

CHELSEY DONN:

Maybe.

TREY GERRALD:

And then it's just

TREY GERRALD:

like, I don't know how to squeaks.

TREY GERRALD:

What are squeaks?

TREY GERRALD:

What is that?

TREY GERRALD:

What are squeaks?

TREY GERRALD:

Have you ever had to um, I think if

CHELSEY DONN:

you are, it does need maybe a WD 40, like

CHELSEY DONN:

it's like rusting a little, It has to be lubricated

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: wheel's

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: not like, you

CHELSEY DONN:

know, making its rotation cleanly,

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Have you ever WD 40'd the hinges

CHELSEY DONN:

on a door inside of your house?

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: I've never WD 40'd a thing in my

CHELSEY DONN:

life, personally, Oh my god,

TREY GERRALD:

first of all, it smells so good, That's weird.

TREY GERRALD:

It smells very good.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Like a gasoline kind of way.

TREY GERRALD:

Like some people like to smell gasoline.

TREY GERRALD:

Yes, but I do think that gasoline actually

TREY GERRALD:

is like acidic and bad smelling, but

TREY GERRALD:

like some people are pleased by it.

TREY GERRALD:

I do think the scent of WD 40 is like

TREY GERRALD:

a pleasing aroma, which is very weird.

TREY GERRALD:

Would it kill

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: you probably if you sniffed it?

TREY GERRALD:

It's

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: probably not good for you.

TREY GERRALD:

It's probably something

TREY GERRALD:

teenagers huff with or something.

TREY GERRALD:

Exactly.

TREY GERRALD:

It doesn't

CHELSEY DONN:

sound like a good thing

CHELSEY DONN:

to be sniffing, but it's enough.

CHELSEY DONN:

But some of

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: them come with

CHELSEY DONN:

like you stick the little like.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like a red coffee stirrer,

CHELSEY DONN:

and it's like, Exactly.

CHELSEY DONN:

I feel like a coffee star on the end of it.

CHELSEY DONN:

My grandfather, who should rest in peace, used to

CHELSEY DONN:

like come to the house and visit and he was the one

CHELSEY DONN:

that would WD 40 like everything,

CHELSEY DONN:

you know, he was just a handy guy.

CHELSEY DONN:

So he would be the one that

CHELSEY DONN:

was tweaking everything for us.

CHELSEY DONN:

So it's like, I've never done it myself.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: It's definitely, I don't really

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: get how it works, to be honest.

TREY GERRALD:

It's like a oil that lubricates that

TREY GERRALD:

so that it like can move quicker without brushing it.

TREY GERRALD:

It's like when you get like a knee replacement.

TREY GERRALD:

They like put the piece in so your

TREY GERRALD:

bones aren't against each other anymore.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Right, right.

TREY GERRALD:

It is a

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: dad thing.

TREY GERRALD:

I feel like even my father, like for years, my sister

TREY GERRALD:

has three kids and like the rocking chair is squeaky.

TREY GERRALD:

And like for years, it's like, I keep meaning to bring

TREY GERRALD:

the WD 40, but it's like, you can't just like buy

TREY GERRALD:

it on Amazon and get it delivered

TREY GERRALD:

tomorrow and then do it yourself.

TREY GERRALD:

No, I know you can, but I'm saying like,

TREY GERRALD:

you can't just like fix it yourself.

TREY GERRALD:

Like it's only for fathers.

TREY GERRALD:

Right.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Yeah, we need a father to come in.

TREY GERRALD:

We need to hire a father.

TREY GERRALD:

At least.

TREY GERRALD:

When you come up with a complaint that I'm like, Oh my

TREY GERRALD:

God, I should have thought of that.

TREY GERRALD:

I'm like a little bit jealous.

TREY GERRALD:

Like I should have thought of that myself.

TREY GERRALD:

But then also I'm like, well, it's so universal.

TREY GERRALD:

It just means that Hopefully our listeners can relate

TREY GERRALD:

to these complaints, and I certainly

TREY GERRALD:

can, so add it to the ledger.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, Chelsey, should

TREY GERRALD:

we jump into an online review?

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Let's do

TREY GERRALD:

it.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN:

Work your magic.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Do your big one.

CHELSEY DONN:

Speaking of.

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: Let's do

TREY GERRALD:

it.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Review That Review.

TREY GERRALD:

As your trusty Review Queens, we bring in reviews

TREY GERRALD:

from the internet that we feel need to be inspected.

TREY GERRALD:

We read you a review, we break it down,

TREY GERRALD:

and then together we rate the impact of that review on

TREY GERRALD:

a scale from zero to five crowns.

TREY GERRALD:

This is a very regal process that we call Assess That Kvetch.

TREY GERRALD:

And Chelsey, I gotta know.

TREY GERRALD:

Please tell me.

TREY GERRALD:

Make the anticipation end.

TREY GERRALD:

What have you got for us today?

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: All right, Trey.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, speaking of creaky, creaky.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh my God.

TREY GERRALD:

My joints are so achy.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh my goodness.

TREY GERRALD:

What am I going to do with myself today?

TREY GERRALD:

We are rating and reviewing a one star review from Google

TREY GERRALD:

Reviews for Rougani Family Chiropractic

TREY GERRALD:

in Saratoga County, New York.

TREY GERRALD:

So we're going to the chiropractor today.

TREY GERRALD:

This review is written by Sam Q.

TREY GERRALD:

This is absolutely the best

TREY GERRALD:

chiropractor in the Capital District.

TREY GERRALD:

Dr.

TREY GERRALD:

Rougani is a blessing.

TREY GERRALD:

I came to his office with extreme chronic back pain

TREY GERRALD:

and a mistrust For chiropractors, not only did he ease

TREY GERRALD:

my mind, but he completely took away my back pain.

TREY GERRALD:

He didn't force any adjustments or techniques I wasn't

TREY GERRALD:

comfortable with and really listened to my concerns.

TREY GERRALD:

Now I will Only see Dr.

TREY GERRALD:

Rougani, I recommend him to all my family, friends,

TREY GERRALD:

and anyone I meet experiencing back issues,

TREY GERRALD:

Unfortunately, Dr.

TREY GERRALD:

Rougani has a cantankerous face to his business,

TREY GERRALD:

His receptionist, Mary Ann, She is the first person

TREY GERRALD:

you must see when you enter and she is the self appointed

TREY GERRALD:

warden when making an appointment upon leaving.

TREY GERRALD:

Dr.

TREY GERRALD:

Rougani is a loyal person, so I understand why

TREY GERRALD:

he keeps the old bag around, but she is literally

TREY GERRALD:

a deterrent to his business.

TREY GERRALD:

She's rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful,

TREY GERRALD:

If she doesn't like you, she lets you know,

TREY GERRALD:

With disgusting faces, sighs, and an uncooperative

TREY GERRALD:

attitude when trying to make future appointments.

TREY GERRALD:

She's so miserable, I sometimes prefer to deal with my

TREY GERRALD:

back pain than deal with her.

TREY GERRALD:

If Rougani invested in online appointment access

TREY GERRALD:

that removed interaction from this human form

TREY GERRALD:

of cancer, This place would be a perfect score,

TREY GERRALD:

Rougani is beyond 5 out of 5, but his receptionist leaves

TREY GERRALD:

me no choice to give a one star rating.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: Okay, so, I, okay.

TREY GERRALD:

I, okay, I feel a little stumped because I so

TREY GERRALD:

hardcore can relate to this because I once did change a

TREY GERRALD:

primary care doctor because of how, my turn, quacking,

TREY GERRALD:

awful.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah,

TREY GERRALD:

the receptionists were.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay.

TREY GERRALD:

It's very funny because Sam Q really has expressed, I

TREY GERRALD:

mean, they, this is like blowing for this doctor

TREY GERRALD:

that they call them a blessing.

TREY GERRALD:

They completely took away the back pain.

TREY GERRALD:

I mean, that is like Messiah work.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Totally.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: that they are so willing to bend over

TREY GERRALD:

backwards to like make the excuse that like this doctor

TREY GERRALD:

is so loyal that like they won't get rid of this human

TREY GERRALD:

cancer that is like that is quite uh

CHELSEY DONN:

that's quite a statement

TREY GERRALD:

yeah that's not even a

TREY GERRALD:

read that's like outrageous um

TREY GERRALD:

and and it is funny because i do feel like reception and

TREY GERRALD:

like I feel like more and more in today's culture,

TREY GERRALD:

there's like security guards, like before you

TREY GERRALD:

even would get to a receptionist, or maybe that's

TREY GERRALD:

just because like we live in big cities, but like

TREY GERRALD:

they really can turn your frown, your smile upside down,

TREY GERRALD:

like the power, I mean, it's like the classic stereotype

TREY GERRALD:

of, of like a DMV worker, like if a receptionist

TREY GERRALD:

is not into it, that, that kills it, that ruins it.

TREY GERRALD:

That can just

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: ruin the

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: whole thing.

TREY GERRALD:

I mean.

TREY GERRALD:

Even when I think about my dentist that I loved, when

TREY GERRALD:

I think about my new doctor, they have those, like,

TREY GERRALD:

wacky character, like, sassy ladies as the receptionist.

TREY GERRALD:

It's so much about the experience, like, It cannot

TREY GERRALD:

be underestimated the power of the receptionist.

TREY GERRALD:

So I am on Sam's side.

TREY GERRALD:

Mm, okay.

TREY GERRALD:

It it is a wild, this is a wild review.

TREY GERRALD:

It,

CHELSEY DONN:

it is a wild review.

CHELSEY DONN:

It seems like it's miscalculated now.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like the entire first two thirds of the review is, it is

CHELSEY DONN:

a five star, clearly a five star review.

TREY GERRALD:

And they even circle back and say like,

TREY GERRALD:

they get all the points, it's just this human cancer.

TREY GERRALD:

But it don't you think that

TREY GERRALD:

this could maybe have been.

TREY GERRALD:

a phone conversation, or an in person

TREY GERRALD:

conversation, or an email?

TREY GERRALD:

Well, not a

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: phone conversation, because if

TREY GERRALD:

they call, they probably get,

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: you know,

CHELSEY DONN:

they get, um, Marianne,

TREY GERRALD:

which I want to say, if there is any name

TREY GERRALD:

that does not match the description, Marianne.

CHELSEY DONN:

Why?

CHELSEY DONN:

Because Marianne sounds nice.

CHELSEY DONN:

Marianne

TREY GERRALD:

sounds like Pollyanna.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: But my point is like, do you think

CHELSEY DONN:

that Sam has had a conversation

CHELSEY DONN:

with the doctor about Marianne?

CHELSEY DONN:

Do you think it would have been more reasonable to

CHELSEY DONN:

have a conversation before you blast and you actually

CHELSEY DONN:

say the person's name on Google?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, because I don't know ultimately

CHELSEY DONN:

what you're hoping to get out of this.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, it sounds like you have a really good relationship

CHELSEY DONN:

with this doctor and they're like a godsend to you.

CHELSEY DONN:

And it does feel like we should have a conversation with

CHELSEY DONN:

the doctor before we just Like, attribute a one star

CHELSEY DONN:

to their business, which is, like,

CHELSEY DONN:

gonna affect their overall, right?

CHELSEY DONN:

And they're gonna know who you are, because they have

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: records.

CHELSEY DONN:

How many, like, I would imagine that there are

CHELSEY DONN:

some letters in the alphabet that have the least

CHELSEY DONN:

names, and I would say Q might be one of the lesser.

CHELSEY DONN:

Well, it says

CHELSEY DONN:

Sam's full name on Google.

CHELSEY DONN:

I just like omitted.

TREY GERRALD:

So like, obviously,

TREY GERRALD:

like, they know who you are.

TREY GERRALD:

Also,

CHELSEY DONN:

yeah,

TREY GERRALD:

it's so blazing and a lack of concern

TREY GERRALD:

about retaliation, which is not where I operate.

TREY GERRALD:

I'm so concerned that like, it's so funny to me.

TREY GERRALD:

That's the entertainment to

TREY GERRALD:

me is like, Sam doesn't care.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, If you ever want to go back,

TREY GERRALD:

you say like, you're only going here now.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, what are you going to do the next time you go?

TREY GERRALD:

Because Marianne is going to.

TREY GERRALD:

If you thought Marianne was a quack before.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: What do you think she's going to?

TREY GERRALD:

How is she going to behave now that she

TREY GERRALD:

sees this review from you, Sam?

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: Now that I would

TREY GERRALD:

say Marianne is maybe justified.

TREY GERRALD:

And coming at you sideways.

CHELSEY DONN:

And being a little cantankerous, which

CHELSEY DONN:

I do wonder, because at one point, Sam did mention, like,

CHELSEY DONN:

if Marianne doesn't like you, watch out, which almost makes

CHELSEY DONN:

me wonder, again, not that I want to

CHELSEY DONN:

be victim blaming here, but why?

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, Sam, obviously, you

CHELSEY DONN:

have a sharp tongue, right?

CHELSEY DONN:

So, you maybe pissed off the wrong person, Sam.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: If you're this biting behind

CHELSEY DONN:

your keyboard, how is your tongue?

CHELSEY DONN:

I mean, maybe Marianne is cantankerous,

CHELSEY DONN:

but maybe Marianne also Has a little bit of a grudge

CHELSEY DONN:

against you because maybe you said something nasty.

CHELSEY DONN:

I don't know.

CHELSEY DONN:

I wouldn't put it past you.

CHELSEY DONN:

I think some of the language

CHELSEY DONN:

is very extreme while it's funny.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, I agree.

CHELSEY DONN:

Um,

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: I think calling

CHELSEY DONN:

someone human cancer is pretty extreme.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like we said, what else did we, did we call her?

CHELSEY DONN:

An old

TREY GERRALD:

bag.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: An old bag.

TREY GERRALD:

Keeps the old bag around.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: And does she say,

TREY GERRALD:

sorry, does Sam say at the beginning?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Cantankerous face.

CHELSEY DONN:

What is the word after cantankerous?

CHELSEY DONN:

Faith.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Oh my gosh.

CHELSEY DONN:

Human cancer.

CHELSEY DONN:

But

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: no, faith for his business.

CHELSEY DONN:

Cantankerous faith.

CHELSEY DONN:

Unfortunately has cantankerous faith for his business.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh, also, I feel like the most shady is

TREY GERRALD:

like, perhaps the doctor should go the way of, uh, like

TREY GERRALD:

toothpaste assembly lines and just get a

TREY GERRALD:

robot and eliminate any human work.

TREY GERRALD:

Let's just get an online portal so

TREY GERRALD:

we can eliminate Marianne's job.

TREY GERRALD:

I mean, it's such a wild take.

CHELSEY DONN:

But also like, yeah, I mean, I think that

CHELSEY DONN:

that is one of the things as much as it's annoying to

CHELSEY DONN:

have to use these online portals.

CHELSEY DONN:

And I believe fan, a fan of the show, Jenny H called in

CHELSEY DONN:

and left a voicemail about how annoying

CHELSEY DONN:

these like portals are for doctors.

CHELSEY DONN:

However, in situations like this, it would

CHELSEY DONN:

be nice to have an alternative.

CHELSEY DONN:

If I really liked the doctor and I just don't

CHELSEY DONN:

want to have to deal with this.

CHELSEY DONN:

I don't think it's a terrible idea to

CHELSEY DONN:

be like, if you had an online portal.

CHELSEY DONN:

Or Calen calendarly type thing.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

Where I could just schedule my own appointment.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like that would be better.

CHELSEY DONN:

And if like there's benefit and maybe you can, you can

CHELSEY DONN:

keep the old bag around and those of us who are on the

CHELSEY DONN:

SHIT list don't need to deal with her.

CHELSEY DONN:

I don't know.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's not a bad idea, but I'm, I'm struggling with

CHELSEY DONN:

this because at the end of the day.

CHELSEY DONN:

The doctor seems fantastic and

CHELSEY DONN:

you're really giving them a ding.

CHELSEY DONN:

Is this worth a one star because of this one element?

TREY GERRALD:

I know the one star seems really severe.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, is Marianne that bad?

TREY GERRALD:

I

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: feel like a three

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: star, maybe?

TREY GERRALD:

Right, me too.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Like, I feel like a one star feels

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: extreme.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Because, like, Are you not

TREY GERRALD:

gonna go back to this doctor now?

TREY GERRALD:

I mean, it sounds like you are.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, you said that.

TREY GERRALD:

You said, like, you wouldn't go anywhere else.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, this is, I, you'll, you'll only see this doctor.

TREY GERRALD:

So why are you hurting the doctor?

TREY GERRALD:

You're hurting.

TREY GERRALD:

You're hurting him.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: I'm worried for that next visit.

TREY GERRALD:

Um, all right.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, okay.

TREY GERRALD:

What is the value, new and unique information here?

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh my god, if I go to Dr.

CHELSEY DONN:

Rougani, the first thing that I'm doing is I'm like stopping

CHELSEY DONN:

by Dunkin Donuts, I'm getting like a box of coffee,

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm getting a dozen donut munchkins, whatever it is, and

CHELSEY DONN:

I am giving it to Marianne as soon as I walk in, and I'm

CHELSEY DONN:

gonna suck up to Marianne so hard, because I do not

CHELSEY DONN:

want to be on her bad list, because you know what?

CHELSEY DONN:

When you, and I've been there, have a chiropractic

CHELSEY DONN:

emergency, and you need to be seen, You want the person

CHELSEY DONN:

that works reception to be like, you

CHELSEY DONN:

know what, I'll squeeze you in.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, let me help.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

And also like we've, we've said it already, but like

TREY GERRALD:

the doctor itself is tremendous.

CHELSEY DONN:

The doctor's good.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Uh, yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

What's spelling grammar like?

CHELSEY DONN:

We did have a few grammatical errors

CHELSEY DONN:

throughout, not like huge, but like just missing

CHELSEY DONN:

a word, little word here and there.

TREY GERRALD:

I mean, we talked about this

TREY GERRALD:

uncertainty about the truthful shadiness, like,

TREY GERRALD:

and like, is there a lack of disclosure?

TREY GERRALD:

Like, is there a reason Marianne doesn't like you?

TREY GERRALD:

If you're qualifying that if Marianne

TREY GERRALD:

doesn't like you, you get this.

TREY GERRALD:

Um, but is that victim blaming blame me?

TREY GERRALD:

I don't, I think this is incredibly shady, but I

TREY GERRALD:

also think I kind of do believe it regardless.

TREY GERRALD:

They say there that Marianne is unprofessional,

TREY GERRALD:

which it is a job, like.

TREY GERRALD:

You do have to be pleasant.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, you know, that's a major

TREY GERRALD:

problem with working in customer service.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

Um,

TREY GERRALD:

I don't, I don't know what I think about Truthful

TREY GERRALD:

Shady because it just seems to, it's definitely shady.

TREY GERRALD:

And it's like, I mean,

CHELSEY DONN:

I think it's truthful in the sense that

CHELSEY DONN:

like, obviously Sam is so opinionated

CHELSEY DONN:

that I'm going to take his opinion.

CHELSEY DONN:

For the fact that the doctor is good to heart.

CHELSEY DONN:

So it is like, I feel like that's truthful, but

CHELSEY DONN:

it's undeniably shady as well.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

Right.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Do you think this is typical?

CHELSEY DONN:

I honestly probably like I think I

CHELSEY DONN:

probably Marianne has like a lot

CHELSEY DONN:

of haters I would imagine I

TREY GERRALD:

would imagine too it's written in a way

TREY GERRALD:

that it feels like there's no question this is what is so

CHELSEY DONN:

I was humored and entertained by the

CHELSEY DONN:

flip like I didn't see the first I thought okay I'm

CHELSEY DONN:

gonna bring this in and this is just gonna be a review

CHELSEY DONN:

where it's like Why did you do that?

CHELSEY DONN:

This is a glowing review.

CHELSEY DONN:

It could have been a review queen,

CHELSEY DONN:

but you like scored it wrong.

CHELSEY DONN:

And then when it took the turn, that was exciting to me.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: And surprising.

TREY GERRALD:

And I think that that's where the entertainment is.

TREY GERRALD:

So I do think there's some entertainment.

TREY GERRALD:

And then ultimately, what's the impact?

TREY GERRALD:

Well,

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: that's where I'm a little confused for

TREY GERRALD:

crowning, because I'm trying to figure out, is it biased of

TREY GERRALD:

me to think that One star is too extreme?

TREY GERRALD:

Or like, would it keep, would Marianne keep

TREY GERRALD:

me from going to someone that would

TREY GERRALD:

take my back pain completely away?

TREY GERRALD:

I don't know.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: I guess we'll,

TREY GERRALD:

we'll define that when we crown.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: Yeah, I think I can crown, you ready?

TREY GERRALD:

I

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: can crown, I'm ready, yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

So, Chelsey and I each have our own set of

TREY GERRALD:

zero to five crown cards, and in an effort to be fair

TREY GERRALD:

and not influenced by one another, we

TREY GERRALD:

will simultaneously reveal our rating.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: The queens are tabulating.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay, interesting, I'm holding up two crowns, Trey,

TREY GERRALD:

you're holding up three crowns.

TREY GERRALD:

Trey, you go first.

TREY GERRALD:

Tell us why three crowns for Sam.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, I'm saying three crowns because

TREY GERRALD:

I don't want to, um, diminish the impact that Sam

TREY GERRALD:

is saying is true of Marianne's personality here.

TREY GERRALD:

So I do think it could have been a conversation.

TREY GERRALD:

Maybe it has, and that's why they've gone public with it.

TREY GERRALD:

I love the brazen, uh, I love You

TREY GERRALD:

know, I don't give a bleep.

TREY GERRALD:

So I don't know.

TREY GERRALD:

It's just like, it's valuable, but it's a negative because

TREY GERRALD:

I'm getting that the doctor is amazing.

TREY GERRALD:

But like, this is really complicated.

TREY GERRALD:

Would it keep me from going?

TREY GERRALD:

Probably not.

TREY GERRALD:

I would, I would go and I would be armed to like, don't

TREY GERRALD:

take a personal and like, maybe Marianne was fired.

TREY GERRALD:

I mean, who knows?

TREY GERRALD:

So, I said three, because there's value, I think

TREY GERRALD:

it's a little incorrect, but I

TREY GERRALD:

also have an input, so, I don't know.

TREY GERRALD:

Why did you say two?

CHELSEY DONN:

I really just feel like it's kind of

CHELSEY DONN:

incorrectly marked, I don't think that this is a one star

CHELSEY DONN:

review for the doctor, right?

CHELSEY DONN:

I understand knocking off a couple crowns

CHELSEY DONN:

because at the end of the day, the doctor is

CHELSEY DONN:

responsible for who they hire and who is the quote unquote

CHELSEY DONN:

cantankerous face of their business, but I don't think that

CHELSEY DONN:

this is a one star review, so I can't really give it more

CHELSEY DONN:

than two crowns, I don't think it would stop me from going,

CHELSEY DONN:

but I am glad that I know these details, And so that's where

CHELSEY DONN:

the two crowns are coming from.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like I, like you said, I'm armed.

CHELSEY DONN:

I know how to get into Marianne, like get on, I

CHELSEY DONN:

want to get on her good side.

CHELSEY DONN:

I got to get on the, I can't get on the naughty list.

CHELSEY DONN:

I got to get on the nice list.

CHELSEY DONN:

So because of that, two crowns.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Yeah, heard.

CHELSEY DONN:

Fun review.

CHELSEY DONN:

Good job.

CHELSEY DONN:

CHELSEY DONN: Thank you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay, Trey.

CHELSEY DONN:

Well, I think we've done it.

CHELSEY DONN:

I think we've reached the most

CHELSEY DONN:

regal portion of our show.

CHELSEY DONN:

Let us know who are you inducting for?

CHELSEY DONN:

My Royal Highness.

TREY GERRALD:

Today, I need to induct.

TREY GERRALD:

This is something that Anytime I'm sick, I like have

TREY GERRALD:

this thought of, wow, you're never

TREY GERRALD:

grateful when you're not, not

TREY GERRALD:

sick.

TREY GERRALD:

So today I want us to all come together,

TREY GERRALD:

hold hands, do a little hum.

TREY GERRALD:

And if you are in good health at this current moment, if

TREY GERRALD:

you don't have a tickle in the back of your throat, if

TREY GERRALD:

you don't have a post nasal drip, if you don't have any

TREY GERRALD:

big problems, let's actually right now, pause, be grateful.

TREY GERRALD:

Today, I'm in really good health.

TREY GERRALD:

Because the minute you're not, you're going to

TREY GERRALD:

be like, dang, I really didn't take advantage

TREY GERRALD:

of the fact that like, I don't

TREY GERRALD:

have a pounding headache today.

TREY GERRALD:

And when I don't, I don't think about it.

TREY GERRALD:

But now that I'm suffering, I'm realizing all the

TREY GERRALD:

times I haven't been grateful.

TREY GERRALD:

So, being grateful in the moment of not being under

TREY GERRALD:

the weather, that, that deserves five crowns.

TREY GERRALD:

So, today I am inducting that feeling of being

TREY GERRALD:

thankful when you actually are

TREY GERRALD:

not sick, as My Royal Highness.

CHELSEY DONN:

I love that, Trey, we've really like, I've

CHELSEY DONN:

gone philosophical with these Royal Highnesses

CHELSEY DONN:

lately and I'm feeling that.

CHELSEY DONN:

I appreciate that.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Great induction, Queen.

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: Thank you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Well, we did it, Queen.

CHELSEY DONN:

That is another round on the R U A R Q Ferris Wheel

CHELSEY DONN:

of I'm an Old Bag of Bones, Warden.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank you for joining us.

A

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: cantankerous enemy.

TREY GERRALD:

On today's After Show Pod, Chelsey, you

TREY GERRALD:

and I are going to be rating and reviewing a

TREY GERRALD:

One Star Google Review, sounds

TREY GERRALD:

familiar, or a Best Western Review.

TREY GERRALD:

And White Plains, New York.

CHELSEY DONN:

Wow.

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay.

CHELSEY DONN:

I wonder why this was said.

CHELSEY DONN:

I think so.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like I think about the fact that I used to always

CHELSEY DONN:

get the chicken Caesar salad from

CHELSEY DONN:

Applebee's and I would like love it.

CHELSEY DONN:

But at the same time, I was like, this is not chicken.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, I like it, whatever it is,

CHELSEY DONN:

like it tastes good, but like.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's closer to rubber than it is to chicken.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, that's America for you, baby.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: I know.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: Gee willikers, I wonder why as well.

TREY GERRALD:

But please remember.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Ignore the haters.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD: You're a queen.

TREY GERRALD:

Gender non-specific queen.

TREY GERRALD:

That's right.

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN: Love you.

CHELSEY DONN:

How do you feel about chiropractors, Digo?

CHELSEY DONN:

TREY GERRALD: I've never

CHELSEY DONN:

been, but I love chiropractic videos.

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay.

CHELSEY DONN:

I've definitely been.

CHELSEY DONN:

I have a chiropractor out here that is

CHELSEY DONN:

like, has been a lifesaver for me,

CHELSEY DONN:

like walked in excruciating pain.

CHELSEY DONN:

Shout out to Dr.

CHELSEY DONN:

Moravati.

If you're in LA,

I certainly will not.
