Chelsey Donn:

Hi,

Trey Gerrald:

hello there.

Trey Gerrald:

And hello listeners.

Trey Gerrald:

Welcome to Review That Review the podcast dedicated to reviewing...

Chelsey Donn:

We're just like Siskel and Ebert only instead of reviewing cinematic masterpieces, we

Trey Gerrald:

that is Chelsey Donn,

Chelsey Donn:

And that's Trey Gerrald.

Trey Gerrald:

and together we are

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey Goose.

Trey Gerrald:

How are you?

Trey Gerrald:

That was a

Chelsey Donn:

Why aren't we a chick?

Chelsey Donn:

You're just a chicken just

Trey Gerrald:

What's the difference between a chicken and a goose?.

Chelsey Donn:

I chickens, female.

Trey Gerrald:

don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I was just going to say, I feel like tidbits is the perfect word to

Chelsey Donn:

So many tidbits over there.

Trey Gerrald:

just switched up scrap.

Trey Gerrald:

So I thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Of course.

Chelsey Donn:

And my week's going well.

Chelsey Donn:

just been writing up a storm.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm like a writing machine.

Trey Gerrald:

you really are.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm sort of up against the deadline.

Chelsey Donn:

So right, Ray, I feel like Alexander Hamilton, you know like writing

Trey Gerrald:

Wait, did you just say Alexandra?

Chelsey Donn:

Alexander, Alexander Hamilton.

Trey Gerrald:

I thought you said I'm like Alexandra Hamilton.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, I could feel, yes.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm like Alexander.

Chelsey Donn:

That's what I meant to say.

Chelsey Donn:

Alexandra Hamilton.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's like, I'm calm.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm like between Alexander Hamilton and like the tick tick boom guy, but

Chelsey Donn:

But I do feel like I'm running out of

Trey Gerrald:

John.

Trey Gerrald:

A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Jonathan Larson,

Chelsey Donn:

Um, yes.

Chelsey Donn:

Alexandra Jonathan.

Trey Gerrald:

That's interesting anyway, well,

Chelsey Donn:

was your week?

Trey Gerrald:

uh, my week, you know, okay, so here we go.

Trey Gerrald:

So my week?

Trey Gerrald:

you know, if you recall from last week, I was talking about how my

Trey Gerrald:

If you are a member.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes, If you're a member of the Patreon, you will see the slow progression

Trey Gerrald:

And by the time we got to the after-show.

Trey Gerrald:

The video footage of me is actually kind of scary so much so that at the

Trey Gerrald:

And I followed her advice.

Trey Gerrald:

I did die.

Trey Gerrald:

I died last week.

Trey Gerrald:

Uh, literally dead I'm I've come back to live, call me Trey Christ.

Trey Gerrald:

And here I am, but I wasn't sure what was going on with me.

Trey Gerrald:

And that's going to sort of lead into my complaint because my week was insane.

Trey Gerrald:

I was literally in bed.

Trey Gerrald:

All week, I have a day job that I've had, I had to like call out of.

Trey Gerrald:

And it's like, it's the first time I needed a doctor's note because I had to have that

Chelsey Donn:

Crazy.

Trey Gerrald:

It was very intense, but I will happily share that my rapid NPCR

Trey Gerrald:

negative.

Trey Gerrald:

So I have no idea what was wrong with me.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm feeling better today.

Trey Gerrald:

My third still kind of hurts when I swallow, but very minimally.

Trey Gerrald:

And I'm not on any Tylenol right now.

Trey Gerrald:

So things are looking at.

Chelsey Donn:

we should not have Tylenol in the wings, just in case, you know, I don't

Chelsey Donn:

And so Trey sick, it was a sight, it was a sight to see, and I was very concerned and I did think

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I was asleep within 10 minutes like ending last week.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, my goodness.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm so glad that you're feeling

Trey Gerrald:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Do you want a lodge into your complaint right away since we're

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, let's just go ahead and take this opportunity.

Trey Gerrald:

I really need to

VOICEOVER:

Lodge A Complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

against doctor's notes.

Trey Gerrald:

Can I tell you.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

I feel like when you're like a student, you need a doctor's note.

Trey Gerrald:

Like I remember, you know.

Trey Gerrald:

feigning having, um, asthma so that I could get a doctor's note.

Trey Gerrald:

So I didn't have to participate in PE and elementary school.

Trey Gerrald:

And my mom was on.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I didn't, I had never had asthma, but my mom was totally on board to like go along with the rules.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know if she knew if it was a ruse or not, but that way I didn't have to do

Trey Gerrald:

Playing basketball or trying to play basketball.

Trey Gerrald:

Anyway, I don't, I'm not familiar with doctor's notes.

Trey Gerrald:

I haven't used them in many years, but I needed one for my employer.

Trey Gerrald:

And so the whole time I was sick, I kept thinking I had to get out of bed and go to the doctor.

Trey Gerrald:

I have to go to the doctor and the thing now, like once you reach a certain age

Trey Gerrald:

Weeks sometimes months in advance.

Trey Gerrald:

So my primary care physician who's like a legitimate doctor was like,

Trey Gerrald:

You could try calling in the morning, but I'm like, I need this doctor's

Trey Gerrald:

So then I had to go to like an urgent care and I, which is fine, but then it's like, but I

Trey Gerrald:

Am I going to get COVID over here trying to figure out if I have strap you

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, that's scary.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I was so scared to ask for the doctor's note.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause I thought it's just like what it feels like to do a drug deal.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, am I asking for this?

Trey Gerrald:

Because

Chelsey Donn:

Your version of

Trey Gerrald:

something that's yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Well I was like, are they going to think that I'm like faking, trying to

Trey Gerrald:

Like all this weird self talks are going on.

Trey Gerrald:

And then when I, they were like, oh yeah, yeah, like we can get you One,

Trey Gerrald:

It was like literally a printed form with like five boxes and they just checked a box.

Trey Gerrald:

And like the signature is literally.

Trey Gerrald:

One, like wave form of a wiggle.

Trey Gerrald:

Like it's no one's

Chelsey Donn:

right?

Chelsey Donn:

Well, they always

Trey Gerrald:

yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

And it's like, the date was written so sloppily and it was just like, this patient

Trey Gerrald:

Like, I was like, this is like, this doesn't even, but it's all about

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, there's a lot of red tape, but I'm wondering, so when you called your first

Trey Gerrald:

No, I didn't even

Chelsey Donn:

You probably should have said

Trey Gerrald:

Ooh, good tip.

Trey Gerrald:

' Chelsey Donn: cause especially now in like

Trey Gerrald:

If we were already feeling sick or we might not want to be the exposed Z.

Trey Gerrald:

I can't imagine that they couldn't have done like a tele visit with

Trey Gerrald:

Just to get you a note.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I did not even think about that.

Trey Gerrald:

Also.

Trey Gerrald:

My doctor I've talked about this before is so old school.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know if they do telemedicine,

Trey Gerrald:

but I should

Chelsey Donn:

God forbid, this should never happen again, but if it does, I would say tell

Chelsey Donn:

Come in for 15 minutes here.

Chelsey Donn:

So I can take a look at you or like, I'll do a tele visit and I'll, you

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, I so appreciate that.

Trey Gerrald:

Great.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm glad I lodged this complaint cause that's really

Chelsey Donn:

there you go.

Trey Gerrald:

anyway.

Trey Gerrald:

So that's my complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey goose.

Chelsey Donn:

hear you.

Trey Gerrald:

What's your complaint?

Chelsey Donn:

Mike and plain as much more, I guess like frivolous, but just zippers,

Chelsey Donn:

And it can just ruin the whole experience.

Chelsey Donn:

I have a purse that the back zipper, like the inside back's zipper, it's just, it

Chelsey Donn:

I thought there's something wrong with the zipper.

Chelsey Donn:

It's always getting off the track.

Chelsey Donn:

Not enough.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank goodness.

Chelsey Donn:

That the zipper piece has fallen off just enough that it's doing that

Chelsey Donn:

So don't like, I'm trying to figure out, does this zipper go left to right?

Chelsey Donn:

Or does it go right to left and which way should I be pushing the zipper to try to fix the issue?

Chelsey Donn:

It's stressful, Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

It was a nice bag.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm upset about it.

Chelsey Donn:

And I just think what's happening with the zippers.

Chelsey Donn:

Do you have problems

Trey Gerrald:

kind of mad that you just said zippers, because it's such a good complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, I wish that I had set up before you.

Trey Gerrald:

That really is one of those things that just, you just, you know, you're living your day.

Trey Gerrald:

And then all of a sudden you were like a little brisk.

Trey Gerrald:

And so you want to like zip up your hoodie and it's like the zipper

Chelsey Donn:

in it.

Chelsey Donn:

God forbid it falls off.

Trey Gerrald:

I was going to say, God forbid something about Mary.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you remember what happens in

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, yeah, I think about it every time my zipper is at Braven though.

Chelsey Donn:

There's nothing down there, but I still think about that cause I'm like, Ooh.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, zippers are crazy and we rely on them for very important things.

Trey Gerrald:

So when there's a hitch in the plan, it just becomes done at that point

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

We cannot afford hitches.

Chelsey Donn:

With zippers,

Trey Gerrald:

hitches

Chelsey Donn:

no hitches was as batch as

Trey Gerrald:

my gosh.

Trey Gerrald:

But I love a zipper more than I love Velcro.

Trey Gerrald:

So I'm trying to think, like, how do you retroactively fix the zipper besides.

Chelsey Donn:

The thing is that each one of them may feel like come with

Chelsey Donn:

Like the, my problem with Velcro gets very dirty.

Trey Gerrald:

true Ryan, there needs to be about cope rush

Chelsey Donn:

I hate when I have dirty Velcro.

Chelsey Donn:

Ugh, disgusting.

Trey Gerrald:

also S

Chelsey Donn:

are pretty good.

Chelsey Donn:

fall off.

Chelsey Donn:

I do like a snap.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I like the sensation of a snap to also

Chelsey Donn:

Satisfying.

Trey Gerrald:

Zippers is very difficult.

Trey Gerrald:

That's a very advanced sewing skill.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know if you know that.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, I was honestly, I was sort of hoping that you are going to come back at me with

Chelsey Donn:

And like, if you ever get in this situation, do this, but, okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So apparently Trey is very crafty.

Chelsey Donn:

You guys, if you don't know this already, he makes wigs and costumes

Trey Gerrald:

But that's all, that's all in the category of like dry.

Trey Gerrald:

Which I'm doing, not even as a real drag person, just it's usually Halloween so that

Chelsey Donn:

done like

Trey Gerrald:

that's all like duct tape in a dream.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like hot glue.

Trey Gerrald:

I only recently

Chelsey Donn:

but it looks so good.

Trey Gerrald:

don't have to like do a runway.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't have to go out in public and it, so a lot of times.

Trey Gerrald:

All whatever the front facade is.

Trey Gerrald:

I have never had to deal with the zipper cause that's really, that is really

Chelsey Donn:

Please do learn so you can impart that wisdom.

Trey Gerrald:

You can give me all your socks to darn all to raise up.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, please.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

I love it.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

This is our 53rd episode, which means that I'm kind of calling this episode.

Trey Gerrald:

It's a very Regal process that.

VOICEOVER:

Assess That Kvetch.

Chelsey Donn:

And RQ T you are bringing in the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

for us this week.

Chelsey Donn:

What do you got?

Trey Gerrald:

This week, I have a one star review from trustpilot.com

Chelsey Donn:

Rose Marie, as sounds very familiar.

Trey Gerrald:

oh, really?

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know why.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe it's just, maybe I've read too many reviews.

Chelsey Donn:

You guys

Trey Gerrald:

Maybe the name Rosemarie EVOX have certain feeling within you, which we will get into

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Can't wait.

Trey Gerrald:

that might be why.

Trey Gerrald:

So this is Rosemarie asses, one star Trustpilot Review!

Trey Gerrald:

for seekers and their subject is lies, corruption, and thievery.

Trey Gerrald:

This was written April 23rd, 2020.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm 89 years old female, and we'll be 90 May 11th.

Trey Gerrald:

And I have exclusively only purchased from Sears in the past.

Trey Gerrald:

And so has most of my family.

Trey Gerrald:

I ordered a GE microwave with delivery and installation as I Can't install it

Trey Gerrald:

March 31st, 2022 and was told it would be delivered on April 22nd, 2022.

Trey Gerrald:

I knew it was a long time to wait.

Trey Gerrald:

and Sears offered a small discount of about $30 for my patients.

Trey Gerrald:

The week before the delivery, I received an email from Sears that my product would be arriving in

Trey Gerrald:

Then the same email three days before.

Trey Gerrald:

But this one said you should receive a call from the installation company to

Trey Gerrald:

I never got a call.

Trey Gerrald:

So I reached out to Sears.

Trey Gerrald:

My 24 year old grandson was coming to stay with me in may, and I wanted to

Trey Gerrald:

When he arrived.

Trey Gerrald:

Sears told me the installation company was coming and not to worry.

Trey Gerrald:

I asked for the installation company's phone number so I could call them in case I didn't

Trey Gerrald:

And was again, assured that they would be coming the 22nd of April.

Trey Gerrald:

I called TCI.

Trey Gerrald:

It went right to voicemail.

Trey Gerrald:

I left a message and said, I was looking forward to their call to set up a time on the 22nd.

Trey Gerrald:

This was a Wednesday about 2:00 PM.

Trey Gerrald:

So when the call went right to voicemail, I was alarmed because someone should have picked up.

Trey Gerrald:

Maybe they had a late lunch.

Trey Gerrald:

So I called again at 3:30 PM and the call went right to voicemail.

Trey Gerrald:

I got concerned and called Sears and was told not to work.

Trey Gerrald:

I asked what happens if TCI doesn't call me and Cirrus said, don't worry.

Trey Gerrald:

They will.

Trey Gerrald:

Well now it's the day.

Trey Gerrald:

of delivery and no call from TCI.

Trey Gerrald:

So I call Sears again.

Trey Gerrald:

They say, well, we've written TCI, three emails and called three X.

Trey Gerrald:

I asked what's the address of TCI and Sears didn't have an address for them.

Trey Gerrald:

I Googled TCI in long island.

Trey Gerrald:

One company came up and they were a plumbing company and Bayville, New York.

Trey Gerrald:

I called them and they thought I was crazy because they didn't do Sears product installations.

Trey Gerrald:

So I called Sears and they said, please give us 24 hours to investigate this.

Trey Gerrald:

I was angry, but agreed to this.

Trey Gerrald:

24 hours later, I called Sears and they said the installation company, TCI

Trey Gerrald:

We will set you up with a new installation company, but they won't

Trey Gerrald:

And it will be about 72 hours till they call.

Trey Gerrald:

And then you can set up a new installation date.

Trey Gerrald:

This is absurd.

Trey Gerrald:

How can Sears not vet the people they use and advance?

Trey Gerrald:

So I asked for a full refund and I have to wait seven to 10 business days to get my $506 refund.

Trey Gerrald:

I called best buy.

Trey Gerrald:

When I got off the phone with the Sears BS, I ordered the same exact

Trey Gerrald:

Total cost $406.

Trey Gerrald:

It's $100 cheaper than Sears.

Trey Gerrald:

And I was giving a time and date for the delivery and installation process three days

Trey Gerrald:

Thank God for best buy.

Trey Gerrald:

I will never buy, buy anything from Sears again.

Trey Gerrald:

And I suggest all that.

Trey Gerrald:

Read this, do the same Rosemarie.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow Rosemarie.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

So I have a question just for clarity.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause I feel like I like blacked out for a second.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause I was processing, they said.

Chelsey Donn:

So, sorry, they're not answering our calls are our emails either.

Chelsey Donn:

We're going to schedule you with someone else, but it was like a weekend.

Chelsey Donn:

So they said, well, basically have to wait till Monday.

Chelsey Donn:

So it's going to be like 72 hours.

Chelsey Donn:

What happened in between that section of the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

and the part of the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

where we went to best buy.

Trey Gerrald:

I think that instead of accepting that they asked refund, cause

Trey Gerrald:

So then I think

Chelsey Donn:

Did they say that explicitly?

Chelsey Donn:

And I just like blacked out.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, she, well, Rosemarie says that they, so I asked for a referral refund,

Chelsey Donn:

oh.

Chelsey Donn:

So I asked for a full refund.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So, and then they have to wait seven to 10 business days to get that, $506 refund.

Trey Gerrald:

That's a very expensive microwave.

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

That is a, yeah, maybe it's a really, really good one.

Trey Gerrald:

All for the Crenn Scion.

Chelsey Donn:

yeah, it's very sweet.

Chelsey Donn:

My first thought is I'm feeling like very true.

Chelsey Donn:

Crimey all of a sudden, and I want to know what happened to T C.

Chelsey Donn:

I is a TCI.

Chelsey Donn:

Did somebody die?

Chelsey Donn:

Are we not concerned?

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, this is what was funny to me is that when this grandmother, yeah,

Chelsey Donn:

I called once.

Chelsey Donn:

And it wants you to voicemail.

Chelsey Donn:

I was very concerned.

Chelsey Donn:

I thought what a nice woman to be so concerned about what is it?

Chelsey Donn:

And then, and then when she said maybe they had a late lunch, I thought, oh God, this is so funny.

Chelsey Donn:

Like she's developing a personal relationship with this company and she's

Chelsey Donn:

And then the company drops the bomb.

Chelsey Donn:

They've also been contacting TCI emails, calls to no avail.

Chelsey Donn:

And I'm sitting here wondering what the hell is happening to GCI.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause I think that Sears is such a huge company.

Trey Gerrald:

They don't have their own installation delivery

Chelsey Donn:

They probably subcontract out.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know how these things work, you guys, but I, I like is anyone else listening, concerned

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, someone should call the police and get them over there.

Chelsey Donn:

There could be something atrocious.

Trey Gerrald:

well, yeah, I am curious, like, obviously I don't think

Trey Gerrald:

I feel like,

Chelsey Donn:

but it was,

Trey Gerrald:

I feel like Sears should be like, they should be concerned.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you think that this is a common situation?

Trey Gerrald:

Or do you think that this was like a random occurrence?

Trey Gerrald:

I mean,

Chelsey Donn:

I think this is a common situation in that now not

Chelsey Donn:

They're all kind of terrible, but my.

Chelsey Donn:

Landlord slash roommate has had a few things installed here and it's always a

Chelsey Donn:

The person's like not getting back to you or they don't have what they

Chelsey Donn:

And my sister who's lives closer to you has had the same exact thing in New Jersey.

Chelsey Donn:

So I think it's common to have Michigan.

Chelsey Donn:

With deliveries and installs.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, I do.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

I do.

Trey Gerrald:

trust Rosemary and

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

but I do think that there is something about like Korean.

Trey Gerrald:

Reality because Rosemarie was so concerned from the get that there

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

Very

Trey Gerrald:

Very

Chelsey Donn:

Lot of anxiety.

Chelsey Donn:

A lot of an,.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Which I

Chelsey Donn:

it did, did like arrive on time, like, or did it not arrive?

Trey Gerrald:

Well, they were wanting to get it delivered on the 22nd, But then they do

Chelsey Donn:

But through best

Trey Gerrald:

best buy,

Chelsey Donn:

which is sort of,

Trey Gerrald:

Well, that's also another thing.

Trey Gerrald:

Why would it take a month to get it delivered?

Chelsey Donn:

and then, oh, so that's a really long time to wait, wait for a

Chelsey Donn:

Is that.

Chelsey Donn:

So, I guess a lot of things are, you know, there's a lot of stocking issues, shipping issues,

Trey Gerrald:

$30 for their patients.

Trey Gerrald:

How did you, how did you negotiate that?

Trey Gerrald:

I need to take Rosemary's negotiation class.

Chelsey Donn:

So, okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, I kind of liked the fact that Rosemarie owned up to that.

Chelsey Donn:

They did something for her.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I am curious though, like this does I trust rose Marie?

Trey Gerrald:

I appreciate the entire journey here.

Trey Gerrald:

They tell you their age that there'll be older and like a couple of

Chelsey Donn:

two 90, like very impressive, you know, not to demean,

Trey Gerrald:

to be a 90 year old riding on Trustpilot

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

That's what I'm saying.

Chelsey Donn:

GO!

Chelsey Donn:

grandma.

Trey Gerrald:

I guess the bottom line here for Rosemarie was like, I, even though I have this

Trey Gerrald:

So that is my question.

Trey Gerrald:

Like if I were going to buy something from Sears, then how do I make sure that they

Chelsey Donn:

I don't really think you can.

Chelsey Donn:

I think it's like unavoidable.

Chelsey Donn:

It's I think it's a little bit of like a luck of the draw.

Chelsey Donn:

Like I think this could have just as easily happened with best buy.

Chelsey Donn:

It just happened not to.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you think that Sears uses multiple companies?

Trey Gerrald:

Uh,

Chelsey Donn:

if I'm going here, I probably am already concerned.

Chelsey Donn:

Or like the people that go to Trump's violet are going there to complain.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm trying to think of like someone that would come across this Review!

Chelsey Donn:

and have it be useful.

Chelsey Donn:

I guess if you don't know that they subcontract out and that it might be messy, maybe it

Chelsey Donn:

I don't

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I do think what's interesting to me as useful is that Rosemarie spells out that

Trey Gerrald:

And most of their family does as well.

Trey Gerrald:

And now this experience has happened and they chose another outlet,

Trey Gerrald:

I know.

Trey Gerrald:

that in my history of series, Sears used to be it.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, that was before buy before circuit city, which doesn't exist.

Trey Gerrald:

It was like, it was the place.

Chelsey Donn:

Hey kids, we're going to Sears.

Trey Gerrald:

had a discount Sears that

Chelsey Donn:

Put on your Sunday best,

Trey Gerrald:

mean, it was like everything.

Trey Gerrald:

It was the Supercenter and now I

Chelsey Donn:

And Rosemary's 99.

Chelsey Donn:

So she was very much large.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, sorry.

Chelsey Donn:

Sorry.

Chelsey Donn:

Rosemary.

Chelsey Donn:

Rosemary is 89, about to be 90.

Chelsey Donn:

And so they were very much a part of

Trey Gerrald:

The heyday, right?

Trey Gerrald:

that is in my opinion today too, is like, I have been to the Sears in key

Trey Gerrald:

So wait, I do want to circle back.

Trey Gerrald:

What do you think of Rosemary's title lies, corruption and theft.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, my God.

Chelsey Donn:

So funny.

Chelsey Donn:

I just, I love the way Rosemarie writes this whole Review!

Chelsey Donn:

I get like, kind of like secretary vibes, not to be demeaning, but like all the time

Trey Gerrald:

But I'm curious, what is the, what is the lie?

Chelsey Donn:

I'll go through each.

Chelsey Donn:

The lie is that they're coming.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't worry.

Chelsey Donn:

Even if they don't call you, be basically making Rosemary feel like

Chelsey Donn:

And then she ended up being right in her concern and then they, you know, so.

Trey Gerrald:

So then the corruption was that the company isn't even answering.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, it felt like this is this, like, is this a crime?

Chelsey Donn:

Like, are they just, are they just not really accompany?

Chelsey Donn:

And they're just trying to get money from Sierra.

Chelsey Donn:

Like what is happening with the company?

Trey Gerrald:

the thievery because they got a full refund

Chelsey Donn:

Um, the thievery, maybe it's the person that stole the head of

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe the thievery thievery of time.

Chelsey Donn:

Thievery of time.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Very

Chelsey Donn:

Thievery of time.

Trey Gerrald:

we go.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, good.

Trey Gerrald:

We did it?

Trey Gerrald:

Well, think that this, I mean, besides the one little spot that tickled both

Trey Gerrald:

Is it entertaining

Chelsey Donn:

I was entertained by Rosemarie personally.

Chelsey Donn:

I just say, I, I, you know, I'm such a cynic now cause we've been doing this

Chelsey Donn:

And so many facets that it almost makes me wonder if this is like, A

Chelsey Donn:

Now, listen, I know that that's like a stretch, but it just seems very on

Chelsey Donn:

And like me and my family have been shopping at Sears for years.

Chelsey Donn:

And then like this whole saga directing, he bought a bass bite.

Chelsey Donn:

Now it's probably not,

Trey Gerrald:

Thank God for best buy

Chelsey Donn:

it's probably a real grandma,

Trey Gerrald:

I, Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

but that, but I appreciate you bringing that up.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause we do question that a lot.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, all right.

Trey Gerrald:

you, do you think there's an impact for you as this a deal breaker for you?

Chelsey Donn:

I just think it would reinforce kind of a belief that I already have, which

Chelsey Donn:

Like I don't trust it.

Chelsey Donn:

If it was any product that I can just be like, throw it in my car, like a microwave.

Chelsey Donn:

I would just do that.

Chelsey Donn:

And if I needed help installing it, I would subcontract out myself.

Chelsey Donn:

But that's, that's also kind of just me.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'll say grandma pushed me further into.

Chelsey Donn:

State of mind.

Chelsey Donn:

So I guess you could say that's an impact, right?

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Should we crown Rosemary?

Trey Gerrald:

I think I'm ready.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, let's do it.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

So Chelsey and I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards and an effort to

Trey Gerrald:

We will simultaneously reveal our rating.

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

Chelsey Donn:

cool.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm holding up four crowns trays only got four and a half crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

I will look for crowns for Rosemary because I just thought, you know, there's a possibility

Chelsey Donn:

And that it is sort of like a, you got lucky at best by this time, but they could burn you the

Chelsey Donn:

So they did set it up very well by giving what I love to do, which is the compliment sandwich for,

Chelsey Donn:

definitely had a point of view and a perspective.

Chelsey Donn:

I, I joke, but I did believe that this would be something that would be very frustrating for.

Chelsey Donn:

Uh, customer.

Chelsey Donn:

And so for that reason, I went with four crowns for Rosemarie.

Chelsey Donn:

And you went with four and a half.

Chelsey Donn:

Why did you go the extra half crown mile?

Chelsey Donn:

Mio

Trey Gerrald:

the half mile,

Chelsey Donn:

the hat?

Trey Gerrald:

the half point, so, okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So I wanted this to be a Review Queen and so much of it is like so close, but

Trey Gerrald:

Also, I do appreciate the journey of the Review!

Trey Gerrald:

and the detail about how much communication there was.

Trey Gerrald:

But I I took half of crown off because I just think it's a little too long.

Trey Gerrald:

I like, I think you could have gotten us to this feeling a little bit quick.

Trey Gerrald:

But I just was so touched by Rosemarie.

Trey Gerrald:

I love that it's like months before the grandson comes and they're trying

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know if I am weighing purchasing much from Sears.

Trey Gerrald:

I have done it in QS because it's the only option, but I was, I do think the impact is I, I

Trey Gerrald:

But I ultimately have the biggest impact here is like Rosemary was really trying to

Trey Gerrald:

And that is bothersome to me.

Trey Gerrald:

The customer should always be right, you know?

Chelsey Donn:

Uh, great.

Chelsey Donn:

And you're right.

Chelsey Donn:

She, she did kind of do her due diligence and still sort of ended up short.

Chelsey Donn:

So great.

Chelsey Donn:

Review!

Chelsey Donn:

try, always, always delivering with the, with the goods.

Chelsey Donn:

And that might come up in a minute.

Trey Gerrald:

Wait, what was your grandma's name?

Trey Gerrald:

Both of them.

Chelsey Donn:

You just, our first names, Sherry and Doris.

Trey Gerrald:

And mine were Elizabeth and Mary Knox,

Chelsey Donn:

Mary Knox,

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Country hillbilly folk.

Trey Gerrald:

It was M a R

Chelsey Donn:

knock, knock who's there.

Chelsey Donn:

And Mary

Trey Gerrald:

Well, yes, but it was spelled K N O X.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, no,

Trey Gerrald:

I have no idea what that means, but her name was Meredith.

Chelsey Donn:

uh, like, was it a hyphen?

Trey Gerrald:

No, just two words.

Chelsey Donn:

Mary Knox.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Why were you asking, do you think rose Marie is like a real grandma.

Trey Gerrald:

I just don't hear Rosemarie much anymore at all.

Chelsey Donn:

You don't, you don't meet many Rosemary's, but I think it could make a resurgence

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Ethel.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

My queen, we have the most Regal portion of our show Chelsey.

Trey Gerrald:

Who are you inducting today for

Chelsey Donn:

Good.

Chelsey Donn:

One.

Trey Gerrald:

and train Marie.

Chelsey Donn:

And train Marie tremory.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So I did say thank you for delivering that Review!

Chelsey Donn:

and I also want to thank a delivery person in this Royal Highness moment.

Chelsey Donn:

I am nominating Sophia for Tato and Sophia was delivering a pizza to Karen Sullivan.

Chelsey Donn:

And it was late at night.

Chelsey Donn:

It was around 10 o'clock at night, and she was standing out waiting for the driver to

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So out of nowhere in like the cover of night, she like her knee went

Chelsey Donn:

And so feeling.

Chelsey Donn:

Came to deliver the pizza and happened to have been like a F like first responder, like EMT or

Chelsey Donn:

And now, you know, she survived.

Chelsey Donn:

She, she, um, suffered two severe brain bleeds and she's recovering.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

But she

Trey Gerrald:

she tip Sophia?

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, my God.

Chelsey Donn:

Well she's she said that Sophia was her guardian angel.

Chelsey Donn:

She literally said that she was seeing, she, it was 10 o'clock at night.

Chelsey Donn:

You guys, she said she was seeing clouds.

Chelsey Donn:

Like that's how bad, whatever.

Chelsey Donn:

To her with this fall was, and that Sophia came in like an angel and rescued her.

Chelsey Donn:

And thank God she did, you know, because it was late at night, she fell in her driveway.

Chelsey Donn:

It could've easily been, uh, you know, even more tragic.

Chelsey Donn:

It was dark.

Chelsey Donn:

And it made me just think of all of the.

Chelsey Donn:

And I mean, this one is Sophia is obviously being recognized in an article, but so many

Chelsey Donn:

But in these moments, it just reminds me like, we're all human.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, even if you're the person that's just like ordered your food and you're

Chelsey Donn:

Uh, we just, didn't try to put that aside.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's so hard in the moment.

Chelsey Donn:

And by the way, of course, Sophia is just like, well, of course I did it.

Chelsey Donn:

Anybody would have, but not everybody.

Chelsey Donn:

Is that aware all the time?

Chelsey Donn:

It's not even, would you do something if you saw something, not everybody is seeing everything.

Chelsey Donn:

So the fact that Sophia was aware and her awareness led to Karen Sullivan being okay.

Chelsey Donn:

It's such a, such a beautiful mitzvah.

Chelsey Donn:

And so it's such an honor for me today to nominate Sophia for Tato as our Royal Highness.

Chelsey Donn:

I think I can say our right.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, that's amazing.

Chelsey Donn:

speak for both of us.

Trey Gerrald:
